There HE was, just being there dripping in GRACE and MERCY for a sinner like me! My sins led Jesus to the cross, but HIS blood continually cleanses me, as long as I am ABIDING with HIM...and yes I am so very THANKFUL!!
In my Coaching I always share bits and pieces of myself, my journey, and how God continues transforming me with HIS amazing power!
WE can deal with a myriad of issues, struggles, disappointments, joys, and everything in between.
I am a firm believer in encouragement & doing the work.
It has often been said, "By people we are torn apart & by people we are put back together!"
But God is the ULTIMATE fulfiller to the many pieces in our puzzle.
HE is truly ALL we NEED!

I understand at times teen girls can be moody, unpredictable, and just all over the place. I also, understand that there are good days to rejoice in with your teen daughter: making good friends, getting driver's license, and making good choices.
There are also many ups and downs in rearing a teen in today's world.
There isn't another stage of life quite like adolescence. Our young people are facing devastating blows of depression, anxiety, bullying, and drug & alcohol abuse, and mental stress.
Many girls feel the pressure of having to be all things to everybody. One day they are required to be girly and the next day forced to be tough and not cry. In addition to all of the activities they are advised and often required to be involved. This also comes with time consumption, with limited bouts of rest and the level of school work and college preparation.
U.S. Data shows:
Youth ages 12-17 experiencing Major depressive episodes with severe impairment.
7% of youths ages 3 to 17 had a prevalence of anxiety disorders. Drug addiction is up 51% and alcohol consumption is 45% among U.S. Teens. This is not to scare you, or me as a teen parent, but to awaken us to stay fully engaged in their emotional and mental well being.
